Fusion Hospitality Private Limited (FHPL) is promoted by two professionally qualified Hoteliers namely Arvind Kaila & Shankar Krishnamurthy, both Alumni of IHM Mumbai of over 25 years ,who transformed their friendship into a business association to bring home an experience of high end Fine dine restaurants for the discerning social elite as well the growing population of Expats & Corporates in the developing IT hub – Hyderabad also known as the pearl City of India.

They bring along with them an experience and expertise of specialized and high end exposure both at the Pan India as well as International level, garnered during their various stints handling very important positions during the span of their professional career. They chose to pursue their passion and create a repertoire of popular cuisines from across the world and roll it out in the most refined manner through their flagship brand Fusion 9 Outdoor Jubilee Hills (Restaurant and Lounge Bar), at Banjara Hills – one of the most prominent and upmarket locations of Hyderabad.

Fusion 9 Outdoor Jubilee Hills today has its presence in the Retail Restaurant Business, Corporate Banqueting, Institutional Catering and a chain of Confectionary cum Cafés under the popular brand Deli 9. It operates a chain of restaurants in Hyderabad-India, that showcase the diversity of global culinary delights, each of them being unique and dynamic in its own way.

Its Banqueting Division, caters to all levels of Banquets – from Exclusive High end 20 people set ups to 5000 pax annual day corporate functions. Through its Institutional catering facility, operating through a state of the art 18,000 sq. ft. central kitchen it caters to the most high end MNC companies like Google, Facebook, Delloite, D. E. Shaw just to name a few.

In addition to running our own restaurants, we offer a full banqueting service division under our Brand Fusion 9 Outdoor Jubilee Hills that provides complete Event and F&B service solutions to Multi-million dollar MNC’s, Coprorates, Industrial houses and large scale High profile social events alike.

Since last year the company embarked upon setting out Franchise outlets of its popular brands Fusion9 and Deli9, and set up the first franchise unit, a 150 seater Restaurant. & Lounge Bar, in the city of Chennai, which has been a success right from the first month of operation. Two Deli9’s are also underway in Chennai and should be getting commissioned anytime in the first half of 2012.

The company has a broader vision encompassing not only a diverse roster of restaurants and café’s in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore amongst the Tier A cities Pune, Chandigarh, Vizag, Vijaywada & Coimbatore amongst the Tier B cities and Dubai, Kuwait, Abu Dhabi & Bahrain towards its Overseas exposure.

It also has plans of making a foray into smart boutique hotels in Tier A & Tier B cities over the next 3 to 5 years, a mid size Conference, Convention & Social Banqueting venue in Hyderabad and another Institutional Catering unit in a metro city outside of Hyderabad, plans are afoot to either acquire a running establishment or set up afresh a specialized High-Skill training centre to meet its own growing needs corresponding to expansion of its business and also create a learning centre for Industry professionals looking for skill enhancement mid way in their careers.

Fusion 9 at Banjara hills – the 125 seater flagship restaurant that specializes in global cuisine.

F9 @ Inorbit at Inorbit Mall, Madhapur – the same great food, impeccable service, and a brand new ambience.

Coastal Spice Kitchen at Banjara hills – offering a great lounging experience to the younger swish set and interactive leisure activities such as karaoke nights, Jazz nights, and corporate parties of up to 250 pax.

Deli 9 One at Banjara hills -Hyderabad’s first true blue delicatessen that serves desserts, cakes, chocolates, breads, and much more on the lines of a European Café’, seating about 40 people.
Deli 9 The second Deli 9 operates at the Life style mall at Begumpet and operates as a Confectionary retail cum 30 Seater Bistro serving Quick Service hot meals to the captive clientele of Lifestyle Mall and areas and corporate in the vicinity.

A decade down the line, all of the above have received countless accolades.

In addition FHPL is the operating entity of 3 fine dine and lounge outlets at Road No-1,Jubiliee Hills, Hyderabad,which are a part of a sort of JV company ,the Growmore Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. having the Promoters of the city’s famous Clubs “Liquids” and “Bottles & Chimneys” as the other promoters. These are SIAA ( contemporary Indian fine –dine ), SPOIL ( Modern day Lounge and club ) & UBER DEQ ( a top deck sky dining concept, Lounge & Eatery.

Fusion 9 Outdoor Jubilee Hills also believe in giving something back to the communities we serve. Our restaurants participate in a number of community events and benefits while supporting select charity organizations, such as CAP Foundation and Akshay Akruti and Give India Foundation.
